MAKING AN ORDER

1: How do I register for an account?

Registration for an account is required in order to make a purchase at ALICEFLORIST.COM. Click Sign up/Login and fill in your particulars. You will also have an option to sign up for our mailing list. With our newsletter emails, you will be updated with sale notifications, new arrival updates and special discount coupons!

2: How do I make an order?

If you are not an existing member, create an account at aliceflorist.com by clicking "Sign up" on the top left hand corner. Or click here > Sign up/Login

Add items to your shopping cart by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button on the product page.

A popup alert will show you that your item has been added to cart.

You may 'Continue Shopping' or click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" if you would like to proceed to payment.

This will lead you to "Shopping-Cart Summary". You have the option of whether to "CONTINUE SHOPPING" (bottom left hand corner) or check out by clicking "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" (bottom right hand corner). You can also use your voucher code if you have one. 

This will lead you to confirm your shipping details. You need to ADD A DELIVERY ADDRESS.

How to add a delivery address? 

i) EDIT  - Recipient First Name and Last Name

ii) FILL UP  - Delivery Address and other details

iii) ASSIGN - Address Title 

Once the delivery address and billing address is confirmed, scroll down to select Delivery/Collection Date.

Select either LOCAL DELIVERY or PICK UP IN STORE. Then proceed to Checkout. 

You may choose your preferred payment method here:

i) Credit or Debit Card - fill up the necessary details and click 'SUBMIT PAYMENT'

ii) Online Banking - select your preferred online banking

Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from eGHL.

3: I need a Tax Invoice for my order. Where can I find it?

After we have received your payment, you will receive an email notifying your Payment Accepted status. Tax Invoice can be found in the attachment in pdf format. Alternatively, you may find your tax invoice upon login to your account under 'My Order' at ALICEFLORIST.COM. 

NOTE: We are unable to change Billing Details once the order is complete. Please ensure the Billing Name and Address is correct before proceed to payment. 

4: What is Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

GST is a consumption tax that is charged on all taxable goods and services in Malaysia. A GST registered company is required to charge GST on its taxable goods and services made to its customers.

5: What is the GST Registration Number for Alice Florist Sdn Bhd?

Our GST Registration Number is 002061668352.

6: Are all items on ALICEFLORIST.com subject to GST?

All goods sold and supplied to territories within Malaysia are subject to GST (Standard Rated Supplies – 6%).
