Alice Florist continue to deliver fresh flowers and gifts delivery during this RMCO (Recovery Movement Control Order) period. Uphold with our philosophy in planting seeds of love in our mind and heart, we remain committed to creating your moments.

Our team continues to adhere to very rigid SOP enforced by the government. Here is some things to take note of when ordering your flowers and gifts with us in this challenging period.

We encourage you to order online, www.aliceflorist.com, or WhatsApp  016 607 2180 for the fastest service and best selection. Due to MCO, our product availability is limited, flowers may be substituted and we’re not delivering to certain areas in Melaka.

Availability & Substitution

Due to the limited availability of flowers and during the MCO, some flowers in our product may be automatically substituted. Rest assured, we’ll do our utmost to ensure minimal impact on the design & arrangement. We truly appreciate your kind understanding and support.

Delivery

Same-day delivery if you make your order before 10am, for delivery on Sunday, please order at least 1 day in advance. 

Safety

Our team is closely monitoring the situation locally and nationally and we want you to know that we are taking numerous precautionary steps enforced by government.

These measures include the additional and regular cleaning and sanitizing of commonly touched surfaces in our store such as counters, computers, work areas, and more.

Additionally, we are providing mask for our staff, buying additional disinfectants and cleaning products, encouraging the routine use hand soap and sanitizer, regular temperature checks, team rotations and educating the crew on health and safety, reminding our staff to closely monitor their health, and asking team members to stay home if they or someone in their household is sick. We have shared Ministry of Health’s flyers for our staff that includes the best practices to stay healthy and protect those around us, signs and symptoms of COVID-19, and other relevant materials. Our team continues to develop new measures to protect our community. 

Our team may send out additional updates as this situation unfolds. Our highest priority is to keep our customers, team members, and communities healthy.
