Q2: What is your Fresh Plants, Flowers and Gift Coverage Area?

• Local Delivery currently covers within Melaka(Malacca), parts of Negeri Sembilan, and Johor.
• Alice Florist does not accept P.O. Box addresses.
• Regional orders are made to location outside Melaka. Orders delivered regionally may vary due to regional availability for the flowers requiredAlice Florist reserved the right to make necessary substitutions on the flowers used without prior notice.

Q3: When is your Fresh Plants, Flowers and Gift Delivery Time?

• All delivery date and time is specified in Malaysia/Singapore (GMT +08:00) time zone.
• All orders must be received before 2:00PM (Monday to Saturday) for same day delivery. For urgent deliveries, please contact us at +606-281 7798 or 283 4798.
• All orders received after 2:00PM (Monday to Saturday) will be delivered on the next day.
• All orders received after 10:00AM (Sunday & Public Holiday) will be delivered on the following Monday.
• All orders for major holidays or peak season delivery (for e.g. Valentine’s Day & Chinese New Year) should be made at least 5 days in advance due to limited supplies.
• Alice Florist is unable to guarantee time of delivery during peak season (for e.g. Valentine’s Day & Chinese New Year), delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, or military bases. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Please ensure that all information is correct before submitting an order e.g. recipient’s name, delivery address, postcode, contact number & delivery date. Alice Florist will not be liable for any delays or failures of delivery due to incomplete information given.
• There will be additional charges for re-route delivery.

Q5: What is your Fresh Plants, Flowers and Gift Refund Policy?

• All refund requests will be at the discretion of Alice Florist.
• Any problems or complaints upon receipt of bouquets must be made within 24 hours via phone (06-281 7798) or email to info@aliceflorist.com.
• Alice Florist is not liable to honor any refund if: 
    i. Insufficient information is given 
    ii. The recipient refuses to accept the bouquets (as ordered items are considered delivered) 
    iii. In cases such as failure of delivery to some rural areas

Q6: What is your Fresh Plants, Flowers and Gift Cancellations Policy?

At Alice Florist, it is our responsibility that you receive excellent service. We are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route, or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and cannot be changed. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please call (06-281 7798) or email us immediately at info@aliceflorist.com

Q7: What is your Fresh Plants, Flowers and Gift Substitution Policy?

Occasionally, floral and packaging materials substitutions are necessary due to availability issues. Alice Florist reserves the right to substitute any floral and packaging materials of equal or higher value while preserving the style, theme and color scheme of your order. 


Q8: What is the Shipping cost for Giftset, Silk or Artificial Flowers within Malaysia?

• We provide courier shipping for giftset, silk or artificial flowers within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.
• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• We do not accept P.O. Box addresses.
• Please ensure that all information is correct before submitting an order e.g. recipient’s name, delivery address, postcode, contact number & delivery date.
• Alice Florist will not be liable for any delays or failures of delivery due to incomplete information given.

Q9: What is the Transit Time of nationwide delivery for Giftset, Silk or Artificial Flowers?

• We post all orders on your Requested Delivery Date, except for Sunday and Public Holiday via courier service. 
• If you are purchasing products to be delivered to someone else e.g. birthday, please take into consideration of transit time to reach the recipient. 
• Transit time is usually 2-3 working days. 
• Orders made on Saturday, after 12PM will only be shipped on Monday.
• If customers or recipients do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.
